Drawing upon his years of broad experience and depth of knowledge, Heath’s reason for being is to help his clients solve their problems in a way that is smart, simple and effective.
Heath cares for and is proud to have assisted many individuals and businesses over the years creating their business, dealing with the problems that arise over time and helping with the transition out of their businesses when the time is right.
Heath values the long-standing relationships he has with most of his clients and is always eager when given the opportunity to help new clients.
In his spare time, Heath enjoys swimming, yoga, coaching his daughters in soccer, and educating his colleagues in his eclectic vinyl music collection. You may also catch him at a Sydney Roosters game with Shalvin Kumar.

Amelia is an experienced business lawyer and accredited mediator. Amelia brings a unique creative approach and focus to all her client’s problems which results in better and more effective outcomes.
Amelia has led workplace investigations, navigated challenging business transactions, and successfully resolved complex disputes through conciliations, mediations litigation as all levels of the NSW and Federal Courts.
Amelia has a passion for helping others in the community and currently donates her time to the ‘not for profit’ sector including her role as a director of the Thorndale Foundation. In her spare time, Amelia enjoys listening to Taylor Swift, yoga and playing touch football.

Shalvin has a personal and modern approach. His focus is on bringing together the traditional legal know how and the practical needs of his clients. Shalvin prides himself on taking the time to understand clients’ individual needs and working with them to provide creative and effective solutions.
Shalvin is a family-oriented person and also loves spending his spare time listening to Drake and hanging out with his friends.
